Kia Ora peterh28, In the 'Combined shipping' section you put the cost as $0.00 - as you have a free text field in the combined option you can add a note 'After one full shipping option has already been selected'. - You can also place a similar note in the Listing description field along with 'Any shipping overpayments will be refunded', this is a quick & easy process through Ping and you are automatically refunded any Ping shipping fee applied. All the Best for your sales - Cheers.

Kia Ora AJ, I hear you, There have been many disruptions within the Postal systems full stop, recent weather events have closed roads throughout both the North & South Islands, NZPost couriers have been suspended from deliveries on certain dates due to hazard conditions, road flooding, Regions cut off with bridges taken out, land slides, physical roads wiped out completely, Fallen trees blocking normal route access, extended routes as a result of natural disasters, High winds, Ferries & Planes cancelled, Matariki long weekend further delaying deliveries, etc. And today 14 July 2026 ... <quo...

Kia Ora marriott76, As you agreed in the Q&A section to hold the goods for a fortnight for the Buyer that is the contract formed - As that fortnight is well surpassed you can cancel the Trade, this is usually in agreement with your Buyer, then you can relist the item. - To cancel a Trade you must refund the Buyer, to refuse a refund is theft and your Buyer can put a claim through appropriate departments. - You can't relist the item before refunding the Buyer as you are no longer the owner of the item, your Buyer is regardless of non pick up. - Your best option is to cancel the Trade due to ...

Kia Ora marriott76, Sorry to read you're in Limbo with that Trade, Do you know why there has been such a lengthy delay in pick up? - The recent weather flooding parts of the South Island and road closures may be a real factor worth taking into consideration therefore if you can obtain a certain date of pick up this would be ideal Otherwise you are best to email back stating if the item isn't picked up by (date of your choosing) you will have to cancel the Trade & relist the item as it is well surpassed the agreed contract timeframe, weather events taken into consideration. - Yes! you will h...

Thanks anyware, Next time you send a fragile item it may pay to take a photo of your inner packaging and the bar code in the unfortunate circumstance you may need this as well as noting your Listing description for Buyer claims of damage please retain and photograph damaged packaging, as electricfencenz has offered. - Cheers.

Kia Ora neonvoyager, If you selected automatic transfer the funds will follow the .1cent you've received within 1 - 2 days into your Bank account. - You may not get an email at all, the process has changed. - Cheers.

Kia Ora yotm07, Sorry to read of your experience, You can report the Members behaviour through selecting the 'Community watch' at the very bottom of any listing they may have running themselves, if they don't have any you can select the blue speech icon bottom right of your screen page to leave your report in the bottom line of the window, allowing staff to take a closer look and note the account. - Cheers.

Kia Ora neonvoyager, The system is more streamlined for these first time Transfers, you may not receive an email at all, this is only if TradeMe email you to verify. The .1cent into your nominated Bank account confirms to TradeMe they have the correct Bank account - If you selected a Manual transfer out, once you see that 1.cent in your Bank account select the transfer out once more to release the funds.   Both manual & auto transfers leave Ping accounts in batch runs approx. 2:45pm everyday - any transfers requested and Ping payments made after 2:45pm will go out in the batch run the follo...

Kia Ora anyware, Sorry to read of your experience,      It is the Seller's responsibility to ensure the goods purchased are received in the condition they were seen and described as within the Listing. - Where the item is damaged on receipt of the parcel the Seller is to refund the Buyer & make a claim against the courier/carrier company's insurance. - You have an option to replace or repair the item, where practical. Yes! NZPost do require all photo's of packaging including the Bar code for their claims process... To resolve this issue, NZPost will need: Photos of the damaged Items Photo...
