The Gallery views all state 19 - 26 days, going by feedback reviews I too get the feel it potentially could surpass the 30 days - One of those to start a dispute for Buyer Protection on the 29th day if no receipt yet just incase.😊

Thanks davewein, To date TradeMe don't have the ability to disconnect devices through the account settings. Yes! I did mean to say ask the question in your Browser - this is the answer which comes up... Therefore it would pay to change your passwords and contact a staff member directly. - Cheers.

Just to add for you Phill, Drop shippers must clearly state on their Listings where the item is coming from and the expected shipping duration. - I note the Listing has neither though states 'Auckland NZ Base' which is extremely misleading when all of their products take the same 19 - 26 days shipping. - This particular item also states a quantity of 10+ items therefore as you had purchased & paid it may be worth filing a Dispute even though you have been refunded without explanation, it appears several breaches may potentially be at play here and well worth TradeMe investigating this furth...

Kia Ora Phill, I definitely hear you there! Save yourself a search to your Favourites so you are emailed as/if another one is listed by a different Member. - One never knows. Community watch is found at the very bottom of the Listing page prior to the 'Sellers other listings' widget.  Example: Another scout around NZ HobbyBoss stockists may be beneficial also. - Cheers.  

Kia Ora coolman16, Is this a hold up of funds not appearing in your Ping or Bank account? If a payment comes in After the batch leaves TM to Banks at approx. 2:45pm it goes out in the following day batch then is dependent on your Bank's processing time which can take 1-2 days. I've not heard of any hold ups on the TradeMe site and there is no Announcement delays recorded.

Kia Ora john3130, Well done for reaching out to enquire about this one, you can tell by the sender's address if you've had an email from TradeMe whose address's can be found under the 'Safe senders list' here. It will pay to change your password on both your TradeMe & Email accounts as a preventative measure. Keep your Device updated to the latest version and remain vigilant. - Cheers.

Kia Ora john3130, Definitely Don't Click on that Link - It is a scam! TradeMe doesn't operate this way! - Forward the email through to the Trust & Safety Team staff using the email address abuse@trademe.co.nz You can then move the email through to your spam/junk folder enabling your service provider to block the sender's address on their system also. - Cheers.
