Kia Ora Christine, Unfortunately feedback can only be edited the once. Your Buyer can add a comment underneath your feedback stating the issue has now been resolved Or you can delete your feedback though this then is not reflecting a true picture of the event that took place - for other Members dealing with your Buyer. - Cheers.
Cheers G, Gosh that's such a brazen response from them! Yes! Blacklisting them from your email is a great idea and move their emails into your spam/junk folder - the Gmail system will pick them up and block their address from the server - Keeping everyone safe! 😊
Kia Ora G, Well spotted and Thank you for reporting this, Trust & Safety have your report in hand now to look into closing Both accounts asap. Keep an eye on your Emails for any further attempts, as you can see they look so legitimate, if you aren't expecting to hear from any companies you may be contacted by you can always phone the company if you are unsure. - Don't reply to those emails until you are confident they are authentic and Most Importantly Don't click on any Links. - Cheers.
Kia Ora Deana, If the Seller doesn't have a combined shipping amount for you to choose you can ask them through the Q&A section prior to purchase, if they can't add the option for you they can indicate options for you. If you've already made the purchases you email the Seller direct. - It's best to ask the question before purchase. - Cheers.
Kia Ora Jacqui, Sorry to read of your experience with parcel theft, this does seem to be on the rise, Unfortunately your option is to report the theft to your local Police - Possibly you are not the first in your area to have experienced this thereby your report may assist with a possible theft trail here for the Police investigations. - Anyone in your area, your neighbours may have a CTV Security system which has possibly caught these parcels being uplifted. Coming forward you may want to set up a Safe Place with the courier companies where they are able to leave your parcels other than yo...
Kia Ora Eric, Was the Subwoofer brand new or used when you purchased it? A good 6 odd wks after sale, installed by a 3rd party in a different country - who blew it?? Your purchaser has asked for 50% refund - that's shady in itself regardless of their feedback status, they're already admitting some accountability here & they took the risk of shipping it to another country! Regardless of whether the store you purchased from is open or closed down anyone purchasing from an In-Trade store/shop has rights under the Consumer Protection Law where the Shop is responsible for Repair - Replace or Ref...
Kia Ora Callum, Under the Return Shipping clause ... The seller to cover the cost of return shipping in these situations. The buyer and seller to work together in good faith, to get the item returned. Both of which you've done correctly by offering to send them a prepaid courier bag - why on earth this was rejected is unfathomable in itself. Return shipping to be tracked. Obviously it wasn't tracked. Items should be returned in the same condition as when you received it. Well due to poor packaging on your Buyer's behalf you haven't received them back. Furthermore where there is a disp...
Kia Ora Craig, Thanks for the Heads up this is doing the rounds again! This is the first I've heard of this txt scam in awhile therefore it would indicate Not a data breach but rather an old scam back in play running bots through a range of mobile numbers. It sounds like you have done everything you can at this stage so well done for being vigilant there. You will want to delete the Scammer's Email & Whatsapp numbers so no-one else falls into the trap of risking their privacy by using them. - This is how the scammer gains access to other Members details also & in turn further Members who ma...
