It seems I have received offers from buyers, but a) there has been no email notification, nor any offer showing on the product listing, when these have been made.  I have only seen these when clicking on notifications. b) Under the notifications, there is no info about when the offer was made, and no option (can't click on it) to be able to contact the buyer who made the offer.   Any idea how to get notified of an offer, and why I can't do anything with the notifications?  There is still no offer showing on the product listing itself.
