Actually she has p*ssed me off so much that I wouldnt sell to her under any circumstances. I'd rather my item remained unsold. If only she knew that!!
Hey Gary, thanks for your response. I have tried the vastly inflated FPO but shes as thick as a brick and never gets the hint. She does buy same genre from others which makes me think shes living in hope that I might drop my price despite wording in my listing. She never sells anything so cant leave a hint via questions on a listing, neither does she ever leave a question for me. Looks like I'm stumped :(
Is there any way of doing this? My post relates to a nuisance user who at one stage had bookmarked 100+ of my listings and has NEVER bought a single item. I have blacklisted her but that doesnt stop the nuisance value of being a watcher and requiring me to bypass her with offers. This has gone one now for something like 4 years and I am OVER it. She has a serious problem. Others I have spoken to say the same thing
Going back to my original post, Item was going to a Whangarei RD address. The message that came up when attempting to book was "either sender or addresses information is incorrect". I sure know my own address, the addressee (a cousin), knows his address and told me he gets mail all the time and what he gave me is correct. I am suspecting the mail he gets all the time is normal NZ Post mail, not Book a Courier mail. The person I spoke with at NZ Post was not helpful, stood their ground and said problem.lies with Trademe who also denied there was a problem. I eventually got my parcel to Whang...
I attempted to book a courier yesterday to collect an item I am sending (item to be sent to a family member). I have the correct address to use. Attempted to book and got the alert to check post code finder. Did that, came up with exact same post code I was using. Phoned NZ Post for help. Told not their problem and to contact TM. Fat lot of use that is - nowhere I can phone or make any contact with TM staff. Appalling service. Ideas on how to handle this please? Disgusted with this set up
How were you able to add your surname? I tried and was unable to change it from just my christian name. I remember from years ago when I first joined TM that it couldnt be added, in order to prevent sales being made outside of TM
Basically the same for me except that mine has ground to a halt at the log in to Afterpay point. What to do?
