Hi Julie you can check your Ping balance by going to the My Trade Me section and selecting the Manage Ping option then you will be able to see your Ping balance here https://www.trademe.co.nz/MyTradeMe/Ping/ and see all your Ping transactions here https://www.trademe.co.nz/MyTradeMe/Ping/Transactions.aspx Don’t send anything until you see the payment in your Ping account depending on the value of the transaction sometimes Trade Me may take some extra time to verify the payment from the buyer. Hi Sonia try using BidBud to manage your Trade Me listings it has a feature called Auction monitoring where it will inform you if anyone with negative feedback bids on your auctions (does not work for buy now listings) and you can set it up to remove those bidders automatically for you and blacklist them so you don't have to deal with them refer https://www.bidbud.co.nz/about
Hi Michelle another option if you don't want to receive any fixed price offer emails at all is you can turn them off by going to My Trade Me, Settings, Update email preferences and checking the "Don't email me any offers" box then click save changes at the bottom of the screen and you won't get any more fixed price offers from any sellers. Yeah buyer is new they asked x36 questions on my listing x23 of which were in one day they have never used Ping before Trade Me Customer Support told me not to send anything until they have confirmed the payment although I never send any items until I have the money in my account. Four days to confirm the payment makes me think something is up though. Will have to wait and see I guess. Thanks.
Thanks for the reply nothing shows up in my Ping Transactions for this sale and no paid by Ping message on my sold items page. I just contacted Trade Me via live chat and they advised they are processing the payment and will inform me via email once they have. I thought Ping payments were instant the buyer tells me they used Ping with a debit card and that the money was taken out of that immediately.
Hi Max if I was you I would use the live chat option to chat live with someone from the Trade Me Customer Experience Team just go to the Contact Us section at the bottom of any page and then click on the blue speech icon on the bottom right side of that page then type in talk to a person and you will be connected to someone that you can then chat with live. There are a lot of issues at the moment with the new look Trade Me website not working correctly for some members due to the upgrades Trade Me have been making some functions are not working as they should or are missing completely which...
Hi June if you are using the new look Trade Me you will need to select the edit option top right side of page and then you can select the listing you want to delete and the option to add note, quick relist or delete will be visible like in the screenshots below.
