If your success fee refund status is showing as being denied and Trade Me has not contacted you about their decision I would get in touch with their Customer Support Team using the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page. Click on the link and wait a few seconds until a blue chat bubble appears at the bottom right of the screen click on it and you will then be able to chat with Trade Me Customer Support live refer https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000518892

Kris you can also check the delivery address that has been sent to the seller by checking the Trade Me purchase confirmation email that will have been emailed to you at the time of purchase your selected delivery address will appear in the “Shipping details” section of that purchase confirmation email from Trade Me.
Hi Gary yes that is correct as I said in my post you must have a bid amount scheduled on the listing for the email questions/comments option to work with BidBud.
Hi Owen to my knowledge the only way a watcher can be alerted to a comment or question being added to your listing is if they are using BidBud and have a bid amount scheduled for that listing then they can select the option to have BidBud email them if a comment or question is added to that listing. See the screenshot below from BidBud.
S I would use the Live Chat option to contact Trade Me Customer Support and let them know the situation and get their advice. I got scammed a few years ago by a seller of a iPhone who answered all my questions and seemed legit but once the payment was made no more contact and no iPhone I had to file a dispute with Trade Me and after they could not make contact with the seller they provided me with a referral letter to take to the Police where I then filed a fraud by deception case. After a long drawn out process the Police tracked down the person via their bank account and they ended up in court where they were convicted and ordered to repay the money in instalments which took several months lesson learnt I now on...
Hi S I’ve had the make an offer option available on the listing but have had no offers yet. I am now able to make fixed price offers again on the listing to any watchers it had when it has closed but have had no response to any of my fixed price offers at this stage usually I set my start price to the lowest amount I am willing to sell an item for so if someone is not willing to pay the start price I am happy to just re-list it and if it doesn’t sell over time I’m prepared to just keep it.
Dee you can withdraw your listing for free within the first hour of listing if it has been listed longer than an hour contact Trade Me using the live chat option and see if they will remove the listing for you at no charge then you can re-list it tomorrow without the Ping payment option.
Yes Shaun if you don't have Ping selected as a payment option you will have to pay a success fee if your listing sells I am ok with that as I don't offer Ping on any of my listings unless it is a expensive item where I can justify the 2.19% Ping fee.

Kris you can also check the delivery address that has been sent to the seller by checking the Trade Me purchase confirmation email that will have been emailed to you at the time of purchase your selected delivery address will appear in the “Shipping details” section of that purchase confirmation email from Trade Me.

Hi Gary yes that is correct as I said in my post you must have a bid amount scheduled on the listing for the email questions/comments option to work with BidBud.

Hi Owen to my knowledge the only way a watcher can be alerted to a comment or question being added to your listing is if they are using BidBud and have a bid amount scheduled for that listing then they can select the option to have BidBud email them if a comment or question is added to that listing.
