This Character limit also applies in feedback. If you any reason you need to write a long feedback, it lets you do so and then when its posted, the feedback is reduced to what ever character limit TM impose. So you now have a feedback with a load of text missing, and the whole context of the feedback is meaningless as only part of the feedback is showing. Admittedly, its not often I write a super long feedback, but TM need to fix this so the writer can only insert the amount of characters in the feedback that will be eventually displayed on the feedback.
I have found integration with TM and PTP useless. PTP have vast amounts of catagories that are banned from integrating with TM. Most of the catagories are not banned or restricted(as per their banned and restricted product lists) at all, just regular items. So you have to then manually load the data for the parcel instead of going through integration, so the "banned" category still gets shipped but with more effort. I have bought this issue of all these "banned" categories many times, they agree there is no proper reason for it, but continue to leave the banned categories. Very poor follow ...
You will be able to assess if it is rural address by using this site https://www.addresscheck.co.nz/ . If they have paid rural and they selected urban shipping, you can contact buyer and ask them either to supply an alternate urban address, or alternately to pay the extra rural fee required. With the B scenario, trademe are not providing the courier service, merly providing the platform where buyer and seller interact and so would not be liable for one of the suppliers not being available at a particular time. Your option here is to wait until the cheaper supplier is back supplying bookin...
It will eventually bounce back. Can take up to 2 weeks though. If Ping has already onforwarded it to your bank account, your bank will be in the best position to help you I guesss
Yes, the packing slip otion is great. Howeverone major failing with it is that it does not print and instructions that are sent with the address such as "leave at back door" etc so those important instructions can easily be lost
Paul. I feel that you have offered incomplete shipping options, which while not designed to have misled a buyer, it has done. Your expectation that "the buyer should know rural is not included" is not good enough to rely on expectation from a buyer when they have not had the full info to make a from choise. IMO only option is fully refund as per their request and lear to put clearer shipping options in listing. Kimberlee-Ann. My best guess here is one of 3 scenarios. Either parcel was delivered to wrong address, and courier driver realising there was an investigation on it retrieved it and redelivered, or the person who recieved it in error contacted NZ post to get it collected and redelivered. Or even (and probably unlikely) that courier had stolen it originally and then only delivered when it was under investigation. But perhaps by far the most concerning issue here is how NZ post can enfatically state it was delivered to correct address when it plainly was not. What measure are they using to ma...

Siobhan. While not doubting the dent in the heater, how do you know this was deliberatly sent dented (without it being disclosed on listing) . Could it have been damaged on the courier?
Its a glitch sometimes. I get it about 4 times/ year. Not sure if is TM dont send it, or they sent and did not arrive. Also check your junk folder

You will be able to assess if it is rural address by using this site https://www.addresscheck.co.nz/ .
