Another issue I have found with undeliverable emails is that their mail box is full so email not accepted into it. At least you know the address is a valid address, but it maybe a long time until empty the mail box, or often I suspect it is an old abandoned email account in which case you will never make contact with them as they will never access it again. Often the email you get notifying you of non delivery will have a reason for the non delivery further down the page disguised amongst all the other techie works and symbols in the email
Same as Yvonne. Recently, looking on the listing, it showed my refund was declined. I contacted TM and they said refund was approved and had been paid. I looked in my TM account, and yes it was refunded. So there is a a bug at present saying its declined when infact its already refunded. Check your TM account before contacting tm
Its apparently 26th May it kicks in with the following NZ banks-: ANZ, ASB, Bank of China, BNZ, Citi, HSBC, ICBC, Kiwibank, TSB and Westpac
Yes Callum has put a lot of info in that post which is great. Another thing he has not mentioned is there can be large differences in price between couriers. If buyers are to ask for a specific courier, are they prepared to pay the extra courier charge

And all courier companies have bad feedback ratings so perhaps we should just abandon couriers and use pigeon post :)
If it was signature required, but was not delivered as per signature required conditions, then its deemed not delivered. So its a courier issue for the courier to sort out
Hi Bryce/OP. The person who made the booking has the contract with the courier so they are responsible for following up and if need refunding. However before refunding you need to ensure courier accepts liability. If it was signature required but signed as contactless signature, it means that courier has knocked on the door, when opened they ask name of receiver, courier then signs that name and leaves parcel 2 meters away. It does not mean courier had no contact at door to just left it anyway and did a "false signature". If it was signed for infront of receiver, how can it be stolen? Somet...
Arthur, yes that would lead to just bad rap going on between seller and buyer when it does not meet the estimate. I have not seen the templates but are they associated to each shipping option? Ie I can send a parcel local urban and it can be there first thing next morning, but I can send a parcel to rural southland and its often 5-6 days. So are we meant to put estimates for each shipping option which could be more accurate, but a heap of work, or put an estimate to cover all locations which would be hugely inaccurate
"Counter delivery" is one of those special delivery points like PO box, private bag , community mail box. Counter delivery is rarely used, I have sent to may twice in 18 years of shipping. I just dont know if it is restricted to NZ post/ courier post access or if other couriers can deliver there as well. Counter delivery is normally only in remote rural areas.
A good way to see questions is to activate notofications on your phone for the TM app. You can then see and answer them through the notification.
