IAll my listing state I prefer collection and buyer can pick up. I put shippinf calculated once full address is provided by buyer. Im not a business with a stack of various sized bags and boxes ready to go. Yes all these amounts going through their bank ping ac especially if it can take 1 to 2 daya to get it transferred to your acc is not chump change.
So it says with Ping that the payment will show immediately but it can take 1 to 2 days to have it transferred to your NZ Bank account. Is there a fee for them to do this transfer??
Yes the buyers being charged a service fee is the next uproar when this is rolled put. There will be many buyers who up till now have not had to have Ping or be charged anything when they have brought off trade me. Yes they will be told it only applies to purchases higher than $20 but its still a fee they are not used to. Have heard alot on the media about sucess fees being removed and Ping but not that buyers will potentially be paying fees. Watch this space
Totally agree with what has been saud aboce. I have already started changing my listings to fjnal listing. I too have never had a problem with bank transfers. Maybe if trade me acted quickly to get the bad traders off the site there wouldnt be all this fraud happening. And yes we should be able to trade how we want, if you want to use Ping as a buyer or a seller do so but site is becoming more of a dictatorship and we all have the right to leave if we are unhappy.
This is the last straw for me and I am in the process of editing all my listings to final listing. They have increased fees, filled the site with big businesses who drop ship items and make if hard to find your listings, upgrade the site where there are so many bugs that they are working on. Sending emails telling me to upgrade my listing as items are getting plenty of attention when they haven’t had a single view. The same thing is happening to me along with other issues. You will see through the other posts that there appears to be more and more issues with many members unhappy with the site. You will probably get the generic it is due to scheduled upgrades or a known glitch however this issue has been over the last 3 weeks for me. You will probably be told to use my products and all your problems will go away. Problem appears to be with Trade Me making changes which havent been fully tested and not doing anything about it. Would be surprised if this is just you and me that this is happening to
I had an issue with a parcel that was picked up on 13th June. If you dont have a printer to print the label the courier takes it back to the depot to have a printed label attached to it. This can cause a delay of 24 to 48 hours. Nobody takes any resoonsibility for package until it is scanned into sysem. It took me nearly 3 monrhs and local MP to get courier to refund $15.76. They found parcel twice but lost it 3 times. Item clearly had my address on it so I beleive parcels clearly do sit in depits lost. Good luck

Rodney I have had the same experience and uaed the same method as you. Gary do you have a work around if you no longer have the trade me email and its dropped off your sold items??
