    Before doing new post thought I would ask on here. So I dont have a printer so cant print my own labels. I book my courier through Trade Me and have been given option to print label OR write the tracking number on package. Had a courier booked to collect item on Friday 13th June. I was home and saw courier collect package before Lunch. Still showing as waiting for pick up. I have just spoken to NZ post and they have emailed me back to say since it was a FreightForward and had no label on it the process is to take it back to the depot and it takes 24 to 48 hours for this to happen.     Also had buyers asking me for payment details. These wew sent to them through Trade Me but both said they never got the emails but could see payment instructions on items I won

    I received notification from Trade Me advising of free selling on Sunday. I understood that it was for general items listed on Sunday and had a limit of 100 listings. Like a fool I resisted 134 auctions which meant I paid 10c for every listing above the 50 free listings and reduced the prices to reflect the fact there would be no selling fees. I figured that not everything would sell and I would have not come anywhere near 100 sales. I had an auction sell today and got charged a success fee.     I choose to calculate shipping once item is sold and then there are no surprises with what the system recognises as rural, extra costs for islands etc. My question was just for the booking a courier for a sold item. Thank you everyone redoing it and manually readding the address fixed the issue. Thank you for all your advice it is appreciated.

    Thanks . Due ro the issues with Aranex in my area I will not use them. All my listings state buyers can still have then at their risk and apart from booking and packaging that is all I will do in regard to trade. I sold so.ething yesterdayy Its for an item I sold yesterday and went to get a quote from my sold page for a box and only option came up was Aramex. I will keep trying and thanks for all the advice

    Totally undertand in that situation but what I am referring to is where something has been listed and offered for sale and is now no longer for sale as they have sold it off trade me or done a deal through contact details been given. Some are obvious as it is in the listing title, sold elsewhere, sold, sorry sold, do not bid etc. Im annoyed at the many more that give no indication in the title and you waste your time looking at the listing just to find nothing is for sale.

    Yes Ive done that on a number of them and been advised that it has been submitted but nothing happens. Guess Trade Me staff are busy doing more important things and appears it dosnt bother other users as much as me. Guess I just have to let it go

    Im finding numerous auctions while browsing for potential xmas presents where their is nothing for sale. Items have been sold elsewhere, sold out, no longer for sale, contact details given in either auction details or Q&A where it has obviously been sold off trade me. I know I can just scroll on but find it frustrating that Im wasting my time and data going into auctions where nothing is for sale. The obligations to have available what you are selling seems to no longer apply.

    I used to use Aramex but like others the service in Wellington is non exsistant. You cant ring the local depot as it goes through to the call centre. I have had several instances where packages have sat here for over a week waiting to be collected. I have called the call centre and they give the same answer that an urgent request will be allocated to have it picked up. They refuse to put you through to the local depot or let you speak to a supervisor. Their online enquiry is a joke as they hardly follow up and in the instances that they have, they ask has it been picked up? Come on it's...
