The seller does not respond to any email that I send. On his Trademe shop he claims 12 months warranty for products sold. It would be great if Trademe could at least try to contact the seller - this is what eBay does as you can contact a seller through the eBay platform but I don't seem to be able to contact the seller other than by direct email.
Thank you Callum for clarifying. I've contacted the in-trade seller twice without getting a response. Why does Trademe limit the dispute option to 45 days? Now what? Cheers
Bought a new car radio that now, after 4 months, stopped working. Can I only claim repair or replacement within 45 days? Isn't there a minimum guarantee period for new products sold in NZ, like 6 months or a year? Thanks
