Buyer chose RD and paid for non RD.Now won't respond. what can I do?
yes I had one that had been picked up by a family member and they decided they were going to keep it,so didn't front up and say they had .But the house has security cameras so they were caught in the act.I hope they got a jolly good ruckup for lying
yes,I have asked TM to remind the seller of their obligations.I would have been more understanding if they had given me a reason,but just I will be sending it Wednesday.Under the circumstances they will be getting a blue feedback
the seller finally logged the parcel on at 11.30 pm last night(Wednesday) coming from Auckland I can not expect to see it before next week,so anything up to 2 weeks sine I won and paid.This is not acceptable.
Won an item late last Tuesday,paid with Ping first thing Wednesday. Asked the seller last night when they sent and for a tracking number.They replied they will send it on Wednesday.A full week after I paid with ping.I thought sellers were expected to send with 3 days maximum after paid with ping.?Miffed.
