Hi Cam. Both those items show the item cost plus shipping cost. So those are correct? 1st example $8.00 + $6.90 = $14.90 2nd example $25 + $7.00 = $32.00 You mention that there is sometimes no seller payment information available. Don't forget that a seller might not have set this up. If they haven't then it won't be showing.
Hi Garry. Yes, I had shares in Trade Me. They did very well too. Then they were all bought out in the takeover in 2019. There has been some suggestion that Apex Partners would sell Trade Me and it will become a publicly listed company again. I would probably buy again if that happened. Your freedom of choice has not been removed. Nor is it false information. If you don't want something on your watchlist any longer, then remove it. Yes, the 25 views does seem incongruous, but perhaps it wold look even stranger if there were 25 watchers, and no views.
Hi Garry. Watchers carry over. So if they were watching before, they will be again. Unless they remove the item themselves. As both a seller and a buyer this is a feature I like. Yes the aim is to make more sales. Is this a bad thing? You can easily remove an item item from your watchlist if you no longer want to continue watching...............
HI Garth. If the item is not showing on your won items, how did you get the sellers contact details?
Hi there. Yes, a known issue with the "new look" At the bottom of the auction page you will see a "Tell us what you think" link. Perhaps use that to send through your report.
Adrian when you view your listing while logged in you always get the "Only you can see these options" message You wouldn't want random people to be able to see and implement things like "remove leading bid" which appear on that page. If you log out and view your item, it should appear as normal.
Hello Sue. That sounds strange. What reason is the seller giving you for not sending the refund? If you haven't already done so go to your won page and hit "Dispute Resolution" on the right.
Hi May. Yes, the courier is liable. Or more correctly the sender is. You just contact the sender and tell them your item hasn't arrived. It is their responsibility to get the item to you. If that hasn't happened for whatever reason they need to sort it out. You don't have to spend your time chasing the courier, that's for the sender to do. Just for the record Temu here is usually delivered by NZPost. I haven't used fishpond but their FAQ says they use NZPost as well.
Hi May. It is best to set up an ATL (Authority to Leave) with each courier. This will tell them the place you want parcels left, if you want them left at all. If the courier then leaves it somewhere other than that it's on them. For Aramex you do that here: https://www.aramex.co.nz/tools/e-authority-to-leave/
You just have to take what the buyer said as the truth Matthew. You can't really disprove it. I mean if they have reams of negative feedback that makes them seem like an untrustworthy person you could have suspicions. If you really want to I'm sure you could ask for some kind of proof that they were on holiday. But that could rub them up the wrong way. You probably have some idea yourself by knowing what the item was and how it was packaged if it would be possible that the item was broken in transit. Things can get rough treatment in the courier system.
