Does TM still email to watchers when you relist?
I watch a few of my own items and I only ever been emailed when 1 has been relisted
Also Ping payment emails I don't get all of the.and buyer don't get all of them either

Yes! I am receiving the emails for a Successful purchase, Ping payment & Relisted items. I use the New Look Desktop site, Edge Browser. - All 3 come through the mailer@site.trademe.co.nz Sender address. - You could try saving this to your safe sender list if you haven't already and I would check your email preferences are still set to receive the relist emails.
Are you still using Gmail? & are you accessing the site through the Desktop or one of the Apps? - This information may find other Members using the same as you who could have valuable information for you Otherwise you can check with staff who will be able to confirm if those emails are being sent out to you.
