Kia ora everyone, just an update! You can find your unanswered questions in new-look if you go to your 'Items I'm selling' page, click on 'All listings' to get the drop down and there is a filter there for 'Unanswered questions'. The filter won't show listings in some categories, so using the emails will be the way to navigate to those If you are on the apps you can find unanswered questions on your 'Items I'm selling page' under 'Filters', go to filter. Again this won't show listings from some categories, use the emails to navigate to those ones.

Kia ora, Sorry for the trouble – we’re upgrading some background systems that power Trade Me. While we do this, some features like the ability to crop and rotate photos are unavailable for a small number of listings.In the meantime, you'll need to use the photo editor on your device to adjust your photos before adding them to your listing.
Kia ora Lester, we're making some changes in the background and some features are temporarily unavailable on the new-look site. You can still export your listings, head to the site, select 'desktop site' at the very bottom of the page then go to your sold folder. From there you can 'export these listings' at the top.

If you have a number of items to list and would like to offer combined shipping, you can check out a selling tool like My Products. If you have any issues adding other options please let me know.

Kia ora flossy21, yes, there will be information for buyers that a service fee may apply to the listing. On listings there will be the option to click for more information to get a pop out modal with information on the service fees.
Kia ora fred1949, We know bank transfers have been a familiar way to pay for a long time, but unfortunately, scams involving bank transfers are on the rise across New Zealand. While most fraudulent activities on Trade Me are resolved quickly, 90% of the scams that we couldn't help our members with last year involved bank transfers. Because these transactions happen outside of Trade Me, we have zero visibility over them, which means we can’t step in to help if something goes wrong. Kia ora Robster, This move is a strategic investment in getting more buyers onto Trade Me Marketplace. By removing Success Fees for casual sellers, we’re making Trade Me the first place Kiwi go to list their items again. This means more traffic and more sales opportunities for all sellers including our In Trade sellers. In Trade sellers continue to receive the dedicated tools and support that help run a high-volume business, which remain a key part of our professional service.
