Kia ora everyone, just an update! You can find your unanswered questions in new-look if you go to your 'Items I'm selling' page, click on 'All listings' to get the drop down and there is a filter there for 'Unanswered questions'. The filter won't show listings in some categories, so using the emails will be the way to navigate to those If you are on the apps you can find unanswered questions on your 'Items I'm selling page' under 'Filters', go to filter. Again this won't show listings from some categories, use the emails to navigate to those ones.
Kia ora Matt, that's correct, not all listings or categories are affected. The team are working really hard on this, while we are rolling out the changes some features are unavailable for some listings.
Kia ora Thilak, as an in trade seller or business membership your fees are calculated differently. You mentioned you operate a micro level small auto parts business on Trade Me, the success fees on Motors parts and accessories is 9.9%. If you think you've been charged incorrect fees, get in touch with the team on live chat or email and someone will have a look for you.

Kia ora Marni, relisting is free until sold for most listings, you do have to pay again though if you have any promotional extras added, or you can remove those when you relist. You may want to look at My Products, our free to use listing tool which has the fixed price offer feature.

The announcement earlier this week that we would remove bank transfer as an option for in-trade sellers, effective as of 3 November, has not been a decision made lightly, nor to inconvenience you, but we do believe it to be necessary.
