Kia ora everyone, to clarify, AJ is correct here, it is up to the buyer to choose their preferred method of payment, from the payment options on the listing, Ping, cash, or Afterpay are the only payment options we offer. At the moment the shipping options mean that buyers and sellers need to arrange shipping and payment separately, we realise this is extra work for both buyers and sellers, we'll continue to work on that.
Kia ora adventurer6, you just process the refund via Ping just as you would if there was money in your Ping balance. If you want to clear your negative Ping balance you can either top up (select $0.00) via Manage Ping, or wait until the next time you sell something and the buyer pays with Ping, and we'll take the money you owe from that sale.
Kia ora Howold, when sending out a fixed price offer for listings created on our new system, it goes to all watchers, you don't get the opportunity to choose which watchers like you do for listings on the old system.
Kia ora Cathy, the team are working on this, the systems behind the scenes are pretty complex so the upgrades are being rolled out category by category. In the mean time you can try My Products which is unaffected and can send out fixed price offers for you, you can also give us feedback through "Tell us what you think" toward the bottom of Trade Me pages. Information on the updates can be found here.

Kia ora Ian, sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. To offer Afterpay as a seller you need to register, you can find the details on how to do that here. If you need help with the process, hop onto live chat and someone will help you.
Kia ora Garry, there is currently a bug with the Android app affecting some listings.
Kia ora, thanks for reporting those listings and for keeping an eye out, it pays to be vigilant! The team will be all over these, but if you do see them popping up again or similar listings, follow Gary and Callum's advice and report those via Community watch Nathan, those go to the right team to take action.
Kia ora Bonnie and Cathy, Community is part of our Help Centre, to keep things tidy and help focused we remove posts and comments that aren't in line with our Community Guidelines. We're happy to receive feedback, as you mentioned Bonnie you can give us feedback on the new-look site via 'Tell us what you think', that goes to the right team. You can always contact us if you're experiencing issues with the site and we'll look into it. Some features aren't available for some listings, as we are making some changes in the background, we may have a workaround or you can ask the Community.
Kia ora Sandra, this one is a known bug for us. Sorry, we aren't able to edit the end time from our side either but I have refunded the fee you were charged. If you want to withdraw the listing and start a new one, with your preferred end time, hop onto live chat and someone can help with that.
