Kia ora, thanks for reporting those listings and for keeping an eye out, it pays to be vigilant! The team will be all over these, but if you do see them popping up again or similar listings, follow Gary and Callum's advice and report those via Community watch Nathan, those go to the right team to take action.

Kia ora Keir, we're making some changes in the background, dark mode isn't available for some listings which is why you are getting the random supernova, sorry!

Kia ora Bonnie and Cathy, Community is part of our Help Centre, to keep things tidy and help focused we remove posts and comments that aren't in line with our Community Guidelines. We're happy to receive feedback, as you mentioned Bonnie you can give us feedback on the new-look site via 'Tell us what you think', that goes to the right team.  You can always contact us if you're experiencing issues with the site and we'll look into it. Some features aren't available for some listings, as we are making some changes in the background, we may have a workaround or you can ask the Community.

Kia ora Pamela, we're gradually rolling out these upgrades to the site, things aren't exactly broken but were getting a bit clunky! We're always going to be adjusting and improving, some functionality may be unavailable but we'll get there. You can read more about it here.

Kia ora Jasper,  Sorry for the trouble – we’re upgrading some background systems that power Trade Me. While we do this, some features like the ability to 'Sell similar' are unavailable for a small number of listings in certain categories.In the meantime, if the option isn't available you'll need to create a new listing from scratch. If you have a number of things to list, you might like to consider a selling tool like My Products. If there is a particular listing you can get in touch with us via live chat and someone can take a look.

Kia ora Sandra, this one is a known bug for us. Sorry, we aren't able to edit the end time from our side either but I have refunded the fee you were charged. If you want to withdraw the listing and start a new one, with your preferred end time, hop onto live chat and someone can help with that. 

Kia ora S, Thanks for your questions. I've checked things out and selected payment methods are working as they should. Where Ping is unticked on the original listing all payment methods and other listing details are carried over to a relist. If Ping was on the original listing it will carry over to a relist, so for a relist Ping will need to be unticked to remove it as a payment option.  

Kia ora kgp1993, yes, fixed price offer is temporarily unavailable for some listings while we are making changes to the site. You can still offer fixed price offers through My Products, there is lots of advice and help here on Community.  Relisting is free, if you are seeing a 55c charge that is for adding gallery, which is a promotional extra - you can opt out of that on relist (photos will still show). 

Kia ora everyone, The ability to search a trade reference or a buyer username from your Sold folder is not available on our new look, and as as this page has been permanently updated there isn't a way to get back to our old site, I'm sorry.You can search for a keyword like a trade reference or a username by pressing 'Ctrl + F' on your keyboard if you're on a desktop.
