Kia ora Lester, we're making some changes in the background and some features are temporarily unavailable on the new-look site. You can still export your listings, head to the site, select 'desktop site' at the very bottom of the page then go to your sold folder. From there you can 'export these listings' at the top.
Kia ora flossy21, yes, there will be information for buyers that a service fee may apply to the listing. On listings there will be the option to click for more information to get a pop out modal with information on the service fees.
Kia ora fred1949, We know bank transfers have been a familiar way to pay for a long time, but unfortunately, scams involving bank transfers are on the rise across New Zealand. While most fraudulent activities on Trade Me are resolved quickly, 90% of the scams that we couldn't help our members with last year involved bank transfers. Kia ora goodsound, thanks for the feedback, this is valid and I've passed it on to the team. We encourage sellers to add shipping to their listings. Buyers can use the Q&A to arrange shipping with the seller if the shipping they want isn't on the listing. Sellers can do a partial refund for shipping via ping, if a buyer ends up paying too much, combining shipping or collecting their purchase.

Kia ora Robster, This move is a strategic investment in getting more buyers onto Trade Me Marketplace. By removing Success Fees for casual sellers, we’re making Trade Me the first place Kiwi go to list their items again. This means more traffic and more sales opportunities for all sellers including our In Trade sellers. In Trade sellers continue to receive the dedicated tools and support that help run a high-volume business, which remain a key part of our professional service.
