Kia ora g14us, AJ and S have given good advice about refunding any extra shipping (and your fees being refunded), you could also consider adding a line to your listing descriptions for buyers to select shipping per item and that you'll refund any overpaid shipping for combined postage so buyers know it's an option. 

Kia ora flossy63, when a Service Fee is paid with a Ping purchase, the money goes into your Trade Me account balance as a top up to cover the Service Fee that's charged there.

Kia ora Lyndyann and philkerri, sorry to hear you've had trouble receiving our emails. We're upgrading our systems behind the scenes and as part of this upgrade, some of our emails will come from a different 'notifications@transactional.trademe.co.nz' email address. This could be a case of them going to your junk/spam/promotions folder or your email client thinking they're spam and deleting them right away. The best thing to do is add all our email addresses to your safe sender list. If you're still having trouble receiving these emails after doing this, please let me know.

Kia ora ibrahim88, in your sold items click on the listing to open it, then scroll down to "Next steps" and to the right you'll see a box with the relist option. If this isn't showing for you, see our troubleshooting tips, a cookie and cache clear generally fixes things.  

Kia ora alex2300 and Gary-NZStocked, this is something we're already working on, with listings that are created on our new system you can filter for "Australia" under the international filter. This feature will be available in more categories as we continue with our updates to the site.

Kia ora ibrahim88, sorry to hear you're having trouble completing your car sale. Check your junk emails in case the buyers emails have gone there. Otherwise you can relist your car by opening your sold listing, there is a box on the right with the option to relist your vehicle. It is free to relist your car within 90 days. Selling a car on Trade Me Motors is different from listing a general item. You pay a listing fee upfront and there are no success fees when your car sells.
