For a very long time, (at least 12 months or more) I have had the same watcher on numerous and sometimes ALL my listings both new and relisted, constantly requesting relists over and over again as soon as they close but never buy anything. I know for a fact it is the same person requesting the relists and has developed in to a weird (almost stalking) behaviour and as soon as I try listing again after a fairly long break hoping they will lose interest it starts all over again.
