Hi, I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction here: I purchased the item - it did not meet its specifications after getting nowhere and with the seller I went to Disputes Trade Me sided with me and told me to return the goods to the seller for a refund I returned the goods. Now 20 days later the seller has still not refunded and I cant seem to reach Buyer Protection as its past the 30 day period. How do I get hold of someone in Trade Me to get this sorted or does Trade Me think this level of honesty is OK?
