I accidentally topped up my trade me account and need to get it refunded asap please help I've used that chat bot but not hearing anything back

I've accidentally topped up my account too much I have requested a refund and contacted the support team through chat twice but have heard nothing. How long does it take for them to respond. It’s not a small amount of money and I really need it please heeeelp
