thanks Michelle I am still having no luck and the "get in touch" just sent me to an article which didn't help and now my listing cant be relisted. So a few issues - one is that I have paid for the listing and dont want to have to create a new one and pay again.  I cant relist it as it says error and the advisory is still showing as owing money as it doesn't appeared to have refreshed and still showing the old report.  How can i get hold of a person to help me with this problem.   cheers Liz
