thanks Michelle I am still having no luck and the "get in touch" just sent me to an article which didn't help and now my listing cant be relisted. So a few issues - one is that I have paid for the listing and dont want to have to create a new one and pay again. I cant relist it as it says error and the advisory is still showing as owing money as it doesn't appeared to have refreshed and still showing the old report. How can i get hold of a person to help me with this problem. cheers Liz
HI I listed my car but a previous owner had a loan against it and it came up on the advisory report as money owing. I went to the loan company and they said it was an admin error and they have lifted the loan off the vehicle. But when i re-list the car it is still showing. I tried chatbot thing but we went around in circles. How do i get the new listing to be refreshed? I dont want to have to cancel the listing and relist again as I have paid for the listing. any help would be appreciated. thanks Liz
