Thanks. I was the seller. I bubblewarped it then added boxing around that. It was also clearly marked as Fragile on the parcel and on the shipping description. Aramex is just trying to chase the bottomline instead of treating parcels like they are supposed to. Thanks, I willl lodge a claim with them.
What is the remedial, if any, when an item is shipped and damaged during transport? Shipping was done through Aramex.
