Aramex shipping - item received damaged

           You need to contact your seller, who booked the Courier, as they formed a contract with the carrier when they made the booking, the seller needs to file the claim with the Courier, make sure you have good photos of all packaging and the damaged Item to give them, 

if the damage was caused by inadequate packaging and courier refuses the claim, seller will need to refund, and learn the importance of packing items properly,

Thanks. I was the seller. I bubblewarped it then added boxing around that. It was also clearly marked as Fragile on the parcel and on the shipping description. 

Aramex is just trying to chase the bottomline instead of treating parcels like they are supposed to. Thanks, I willl lodge a claim with them.
