What do I do when: I've sold an item on Trademe, I've asked the Buyer which courier service they would like (ie tracked with no signature, or tracked with signature), and they've chosen the "no signature" option I've posted this package through an NZPost agent, and received the tracking number, I've forwarded the photo of the tracking number on the receipt to the Buyer. The Buyer has contacted me stating the package never arrived and asking if it was even posted to the correct address. I've contacted NZPost multiple times over several days trying to find out why the Buyer hasn't got the goo...
