Last night after I’d posted this onto social media and via this Trademe community forum, somehow the package turned up at the correct address via a courier driver. It was after business hours too and super suspicious. What makes me super angry is that over 7 days I spent contacting NZPost about this missing package, they lied to me every single time. What do I do when: I've sold an item on Trademe, I've asked the Buyer which courier service they would like (ie tracked with no signature, or tracked with signature), and they've chosen the "no signature" option I've posted this package through an NZPost agent, and received the tracking number, I've forwarded the photo of the tracking number on the receipt to the Buyer. The Buyer has contacted me stating the package never arrived and asking if it was even posted to the correct address.
