Add shipping fee later

Can the seller add a shipping fee or increase total price later so buyer can pay one amount by ping cause seller had no shipping fee at the time of purchase and would save me doing two different payment methods?

Kia Ora john,

No Sellers can't change the shipping once the Listing closes, they can set up a second Listing just for the shipping amount Or you can make an Internet Banking/Cash deposit just for the shipping amount, using Ping to pay for the item Otherwise the Seller has to relist the item again with a Buy Now including the shipping amount for you to select and refund you your first purchase - it depends on your Seller and what works for them - Cheers.

EDIT: - Coming forward if a Listing doesn't display shipping ask the Seller through the Q&A section, provide your Town & Post Code number and whether it is Residential or Rural - Never provide your full address for security reasons - ask them to add the shipping cost to the Listing for you pre-purchase. - Cheers.
