Error 500 when trying to view a sellers feedback
AnsweredCurrently dealing with a seller who is communicative but well outside their stated delivery timeframe. Aside from obviously not having the goods in their "NZ warehouse", they are returning emails.
When I first made the purchase I went to check their feedback but got an error 500. Almost a month later and I'm still seeing this error, only on their page specifically; works for all other sellers I've tried.
How do I get hold of trademe to work this out?
Side note: There doesn't appear to be any category for posting here, or in the contact us section relating to technical issues. If there is, I couldn't find it.You'd think that would be the one thing they would actually want you speak to someone about...

Kia Ora Seamus,
That is something you will want to speak with TradeMe staff about & you can contact TM staff through "Live Chat" for assistance here - Normally the 500 Error page could indicate the account has been closed on TradeMe.
If you select the Contact us Link at the bottom of any TM page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen, there may be a slight delay in this appearing.Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once the Chat icon is selected - Talk to person - you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Enter your Listing number in the Chat window enabling staff to pull this up readily. The manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAll the Best - Cheers.1 -

Hi Seamus. As S says when a member has been disabled you will get a 500 error. Not very helpful I know. Errors used to be better and you were told that the member has been disabled.
You should probably open a dispute for this item if you haven't done so already. You will need to do this as a matter of urgency before the window closes and you have ran out of time to do it.

Kia Ora Seamus,
Just to answer your Side note - the Community Forum is exactly where you Post technical issues - There is a Product Feedback & Ideas category also However Posting through the category you are having an issue with, after looking to see if anyone else has Posted the same/similar issue, is ideal as this is where other Members will be looking to see if their issue is reported and can add their experience, workarounds and retrieve answers from. - The Higher the number of Comments &/or votes a main Post has draws attention to TradeMe staff quicker enabling them to investigate the situation. - Should a Post not be in the correct category staff will move it across to where it fits best. - Cheers 😊
