Sorry to read you've been mucked around with that trade!
You have to create a New Listing to Relist the car - under the circumstance TradeMe will Help you with any fee's arising with Restarting the Listing so you only pay once.
To contact TM staff through "Live Chat" for assistance - If you select the Contact us Link at the bottom of any TM page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your Landing page screen, there may be a slight delay in this appearing.
Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once the Chat icon is selected - Talk to person - you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.The manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.1 -
Hi Trade Me,
I listed my computer for sale but after the buyer had opted to purchase on TM, I contacted her because I had then decided not to sell. She was happy with my reasoning, and we agreed for the sale not to go through. However, TM still charged me the $149.00 fee...which I have been meaning to ask how I get rid of, please?

How long ago did the Trade close?
If you are under the first 45 days of the Listing closing, since it was purchased you Apply for a success fee refund.
If you are beyond that 45 days since the Listing first closed you will want to contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance with this - Cheers.
