Selling while out of the country

I am currently on vacation have somebody managing any trade me sales.
However I have not had any sales since I left the country – 18 days. This is unusual.
Could this be because Trademe is registering me as being out of the country?

It's always best to let them know BEFORE you travel, if you are going to be accessing your account from overseas so they can add a note to your membership. They have safeguards in place to restrict your account if it's unexpectedly being accessed from overseas as it could be a hacker.
