Cannot edit or update Classified - "oops'' the banana error !!
I have been trying to update my classified listing for 2 days straight. The listing either "does not update" when completing the edit details or I keep getting the "OOps there is a slip up banana error"...how difficult is it to just simply update & getting it sorted?, and no the issue still has not been fixed.

I think since they took their phone no. away, we are only dealing with computers. Bring back people....

I just need to change my email address and I keep getting this banana error 500 😠it’s annoying because I’m already logged in. What has happened to trademe these days? I need this to be fixed asap. Someone help me this is making my life miserable ðŸ˜

Sorry to read of your trouble there,ÂI have just trialed changing my email address as a Test for you and can confirm I can do this without getting the 500 Error - I am using the Desktop site via MS Edge Browser.ÂA couple of Troubleshooting steps for you...- Are you using the Desktop site or an App? - Have you tried through both?
- Are you on the latest up to date version of the Browser or App? - App updates are rolled out quite frequently so it pays to check.
- Try clearing your Cookies & Cache then reconnect to TM with a fresh start.
- If you're using the App try uninstalling it then reinstalling it.
I've not heard of anyone else with this issue however another Member may have - Hopefully the suggestions above help sort this for you - Cheers.0 -
Buyer didn't come through, so I go to relist but says banana ban 500 ,how do I sort this cos I do not have another 79$ to waste. Please sort it asap
