For the future, it's always a good idea to export your Account transactions that shows what listing fees you have spent, giving full details on listing numbers, fees, etc, on a monthly basis, and if you need specific details like you do, best to save a pdf copy from the listing page of any job adverts you start. These things together will give you a copy of all the info you need.
