What can be done when a buyer has won after I accepted a fixed offer and now has failed to continue with sale after some initial correspondence?

Sorry to read this is happening,
When communication stops and payment isn't made you place a Feedback asking the Buyer to make payment so you can ship the item Or make contact to let you know if they won't be going ahead with the purchase. - If you have no communication or payment after the initial 7 days of the Listing closing you can Apply for a success fee refund - once you've received those fees you can Relist the item. - Cheers.
