I cannot add photos to my new listing
I started a new listing on Saturday evening, and I'm unable to add photos? When I click to add a photo, this Trademe message pops up:
Whoops!
Well, that wasn't supposed to happen.
Our technicians have been alerted.
I've waited several hours and I'm still unable to do so. It seems TM's technicians haven't resolved the problem.

S Community SuperuserKia Ora Sarah,Sorry to read of your trouble there, these Whoops errors are not very good at letting us know where & what the trouble is. - A couple of troubleshooting steps to try...
- Are you using the Desktop site or an App? - Have you tried through both?
- Are you on the latest up to date version of the Browser or App? - App updates are rolled out quite frequently so it pays to check.
- Try clearing your Cookies & Cache then reconnect to TM with a fresh start.
- If you're using the App try uninstalling it then reinstalling it.
I've not heard of anyone else with this issue however another Member may have - Hopefully the suggestions above help sort this for you - Cheers.0 -

Thank you for your recommendations, I am using the desktop site and I have tried through both that and the app, but I am still unable to add photos to my listing I started last night?
I am on the latest version of both.
I have cleared ALL history, browsing data, cookies and cache on my desktop on Chrome, and when I still saw TM's error message and was unable to add photos, I tried doing it through Mozilla, in case it was an issue with Chrome, however, I'm still seeing TM's error message, when I click to add a photo.
How can I contact the Technical dept please? My listing is for a valuable rare book, people are looking at my listing, but they are not saving it to their watchlist, as there are no photos... Very frustrating!

You contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for this assistance - once you've selected the Contact us Link at the bottom of any TM page you need to give the landing page a count of 15+ seconds for the Chat Tab to Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your screen, there may be a slight delay in this appearing.If you enter in the Chat bot - Talk to person - you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff Or leave them a message Afterhours.The manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm1 -
Hello. This isn't related exclusively to Trade-me, but I am unable to upload photos to my computer using my camera card any more. I used to use Picasa, but apparently Google have cancelled it so that you have to use Google photos. I have tried other sites, but I just can't get my photos on my laptop and therefore can't list items for sale on trade-me. What do other sellers use?? I'd really appreciate some ideas, thanks.

im finding on android i cant upload pictures from my phone . brings up pictures but when click done nothing happens . but on my tablet android also it goes to gallery and works instantly

Kia ora Clark, check are you running the latest version of the app, if you are try deleting and reinstalling the app.
