email notifications
AnsweredEmail notifications of "favourites" : "searches" and "categories" seems to have stopped. Even though the "email me every day" option is selected. Why have I suddenly stopped getting email notifications?

A few Troubleshooting steps for you...
- Are you using the Desktop site or an App? - Have you tried through both?
- Are you on the latest up to date version of the Browser or App? - App updates are rolled out quite frequently so it pays to check.
- Try clearing your Cookies & Cache then reconnect to TM with a fresh start.
- If using the App try uninstalling it then reinstalling it.
I am on the Desktop site - MS Edge Browser and My Favourites emails were sent through 8:25am today. - Cheers.

Thanks. By "App I presume your are talking about a smart phone? I am using a desktop computer. Have cleared browsing data. Had no problems for 20 or so years. Notifications suddenly stopped.

Yes! App Device phone/ipad etc.
Have you checked you've got the latest Browser version on your Desktop computer?

Thanks. I think I have found it. I may have consigned trademe to my blocked senders list (by mistake). I found something there that looked like it and unblocked it. I'll give it 24 hours and see if that works. Thanks again.

See conversation above. Trademe had been accidentally blocked on my email browser, but i have cleared the list of blocked senders. I have cleared the cache. Still no watch list notifications are received from Trademe. Never had a problem before in 25 years. It appears Incan receive emails from you, but watch list notifications suddenly stoppped a week or two ago and I have never had one since. Everything else on my computer seems to be working fine. Don't know what to do now.

As you had accidently blocked TradeMe in your email browser it is likely your returned email which bounced back to TradeMe put an "Exception" on emails to your account.
To clear this you will need to contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for instant assistance in removing the "Exception" if it's there - Once you've selected the Contact us Link at the bottom of any TM page you need to give the landing page a count of 15+ seconds for the Chat Tab to Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your screen, there may be a slight delay in this appearing.If you enter in the Chat bot which comes up - Talk to person - you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.The manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -

You are best To contact TM staff through "Live Chat" for assistance with this - other Members reporting issues with receiving a variety of emails from TradeMe also - this is something TradeMe may not yet be aware of and you will have unique information staff will want to collect to help investigate what the issue is for you.
