Ping payments received, goods paid for externally
AnsweredGreetings, been a while sine I posted but a problem has cropped up recently, two auctions won by same buyer, items paid for to my bank account, so far so good.
Two ping alerts for payment of the same items have now shown up in my account, all details correct. I do not use Ping. Cannot get hold of the buyer, ignoring my emails.
Any ideas on what to do next?

Easiest way Carol if the money is definitely showing in your ping account plus you have the money by internet banking as well, is to refund the buyer via Ping, in which case you'll also get refunded any fees including success fees.
I get this sometimes as a buyer forgets if they have paid by internet banking so they pay again via Ping, or a partner pays when the other has paid already. Shame you are not getting a reply from the buyer.
Might pay to check your listings for Ping as it seems to be ticked as an accepted payment method by default these days and it's catching a lot of people out. You can edit to remove it on any live listings, but need to be careful when listing new ones.

Is their any chance you have the App & you may be able to contact your Buyer through messaging Or your Buyer may have messaged you perhaps? - this is a common mis-connection with Trades.
