Kia ora Brendon. You'll only be charged a withdrawal fee when you pull a listing before the end of the auction. When an item doesn't sell, the listing will simply close and there is no need to withdraw it.

One of our agents can check that for you right away if you get in touch using Chat. 🙂

Why should we get charged a withdrawal fee when we are forced to duplicate our listing due to the current stupid feature of migrating watchers? I don’t want the watchers that clearly don’t want the item. Add a suitable option on relist to remove previous watchers, rather than gouge fees.

Kia ora Alan, you might want to give My Products a try, you can deactivate, duplicate and manage listings from there. It's free, both casual and pro-sellers find it useful and easy to use.

I got charged a withdrawal fee with no watchers on a pulled auction because ping is holding my money and wont give me my money for another auction i sold i cant ship the item until ping gives me the money, so why is ping trademe holding my money and why is trademe charging me for pulling an auction with no watchers when i clearly stated i pulled the auction because i dont want to be forced into ping i get you want more money but theft and scamming is not the way to go about it.
