Buyer had a change of mind for a vehicle
AnsweredI had a vehicle listed by auction.
A person test drove that vehicle before bidding.
That buyer made an offer a few days later and I accepted their offer.
A few days after that offer they messaged saying they would not be buying the vehicle because there are issues we have not disclosed.
Between accepting their offer and them pulling out, no contact was made and no extra viewings of the vehicle were made.
What issues they believe have not been disclosed they have not said.
I have relisted the vehicle and been charged again the $110 listing fee.
Apart from leaving negative feedback what other options do I have as the seller to recoup my losses?

Hi Karl. You just request your fees back for the trade. Help file explains how. Not 100% sure if this will also trigger a refund on your listing fee. If not you may have to contact Trade Me directly to get that part refunded.

Could be that they are making up an excuse to get out of the trade, but I would press them to tell you what the issues were. Just in case it is something you need to address and mention in your relisted auction.
