Finding the listing for an item I purchased last year

Kimberly, all items disappear from Trademe after 45 days so that's why you can't see the details directly. You can still see the auction and the seller's details in the email Trademe sent you when you bought. You can click the link in the auction to go to the auction listing. If you've filed a dispute report, sit tight and wait on their reply, but understand that can take some time. Did you place feedback before the 45 days was up?  Really, all auctions should be tidied up and completed within a week unless agreed beforehand so it's really after just 1 week you need to be chasing things up with the seller.

I’ve done this. I filed a report after 1 week. All the help pages keep going info not found!

You won't find a direct email for Trademe so you are best to contact them via their Live chat on their contact us page. Once you are through to them they will email you a copy of the conversation and you can reply to that email if need be.
