Buyer not responding to my emails
AnsweredMy buyer paid immediately for the auction she purchased which was awesome, but I've emailed her for the 3rd time today ( 5 days later) and there's no response. I presume my emails are going into her spam , what do I do as I need to get the item sent but need the courier paid for or should I send it with a note attached to call me ?

I wouldn't send it without delivery being paid Colleen unless it's a regular buyer you know. Give it till Monday night in case they are away and then place positive feedback asking for a reply to emails you have sent requesting delivery payment. You can edit the feedback later on, once.

First off, make sure to check your own spam folder too :)
In feedback I would say something like.... Hi xxxx.Thanks for your super fast payment. I'm just waiting on delivery to be paid and I can send your item(s). I've emailed several times with details but not had any replies, so maybe check your spam/trash folder? Many thanks

Yes, I have a buyer not responding to E-Mails, need her address, been 7 days even Trade me have reached out too contact me, yet nothing, I resorted to leaving feedback this morning, but they are unlikely to get that E-Mail either, but at least I tried the evidence there,
I suspect it is one whom does not use the E-mail address registered to their account, as won with Auto an bid and paid for after winning,
no Contact by Saturday, will ring bank to get her payment sent back to where it came from, as no more we can do.
Sent her address via Trade Me, but no address in it, A Trade Me glitch which they are aware of, but after a year still randomly effects address E-Mails, and not fixed, I don't allow pick ups, Lol!,

Hi Gary - she contacted me, she's been sick with the C" poor lady. It's all sorted now. Thank you for your help, I did like your approach, very diplomatic : -)
