How do I remove a buy now?

My wife has listed some things and 3 of them have come up with a set price / buy now and quantity 1
We want to remove the buy now and just have a start price, but when I remove the buy now an error comes up saying the buy now field must be populated (words to that effect)
Can someone please tell me how to edi the listing so I can change the buy now to a start price?

It's not possible to edit an auction to change it from a Buy Now only multi quantity listing to a regular start/reserve/buynow auction (even if only one qty).You'll need to wait and when they finish, relist without that Buy Now only option. You can edit though now to bring the end date forward so they close sooner so you can relist.

Thanks - I don't know how my wife managed to list it like that.... it's not a multi quantity item, so I don't know how she managed to list it like that.... should just be a single item listed with a start / reserve price... oh well never mind

flossy63 Community SuperuserIf they are Multi Quality, Buy Now only, you can withdraw them for free,
and start again listing them as just a auction

Good one Flossy. I'd forgotten that now applied to everyone. It used to just be for listing tools as that was the only way you could do MQLs.

flossy63 Community SuperuserI knew it applied in my mind from years ago, but still needed to double check if it still applied?,and screen shots is confirmation, It is the correct Information,the way things can change in here with no communication, sigh!,but all I can say is bring back the old layout help pages from years ago easy to search, now hard to find as hidden,
