Dispute Resolution Process - confirmation email to Buyer?

Yes, they do. The first email is (I think) instant, and looks like below. What would be nice would be if an open dispute could show next to the item in question on your won page. As it is you can't tell, and the Dispute Resolution button still shows. Meaning you can open multiple disputes for the same item. Not the best programming in the world. Wouldn't be difficult to make open ongoing disputes show there and give the dispute reference number.

Thanks. I did another dispute resolution request as I didn’t receive any email from Trademe from the first one. This time I did get an email response.
