Changing a Car Listing from an Auction to an Asking Price
AnsweredHi, I have a car listing which has just expired. It is listed as an auction and has free relists. I want to change it to a asking price listing. When I go to relist it, it states "An extra fee may apply" and goes on to state:
"Due to the difference in pricing between "Set an asking price" and "Run an auction", you may be charged an extra fee for switching from one type to another."
How do i know if I am charged a fee? Will I find out at the end and can I just discard the changes if I am not happy with the amount, I once I click onto the next page (description and photos) will it lock in the change of listing type?

Andrew, the answer to all your questions is really Yes. On the final page when making a listing you are shown any fees to be charged for the listing. You don't get charged unless you click the Start my listing button on the last page to confirm.
