I've never opted into Ping. How to get out of it

Carol, if you are buying and don't want to use Ping, you'll need to look at the sellers payment options before bidding/buying. If it's Ping as a seller, make sure when listing something to UNTICK Ping as an accepted payment method. Trademe have made a change recently that Ping is ticked by default when creating a new listing, so you need to make sure to Untick it. If you have started a listing already, edi the auction and untick Ping from the payment options.

Yeah - I have to admit  I am not happy with this change either Carol, I have forgotten a couple of times now to un-tick the ping box, and have allowed Ping payments, I am not happy with it, it would be good to not have to un-tick it every time.
