Emojis in feedback
When entering feedback on my iPhone, emojis are offered and displayed correctly after being selected. However, after completing the feedback the emoji is displayed as two question marks - extremely embarrassing! I assumed I made a mistake and used the edit option to enter it again, but the same thing happened. Now it won’t let me edit it again. I can’t correct it!

The same result happens on the Desktop site when placing emoji's in Feedback - the Feedback page is yet to be developed for compatibility with the submitted emoji's - Your Member you placed feedback for may already be aware of this - it is quite common to see throughout feedback pages so no stress there. - Cheers.

Heloise, it’s another one of the common bugs on the site, add it to the arm long list of site issues, and has been like it for years. Agree, it’s not a great look when people attempting to leave positive feedback end up leaving ‘??’.
A shame there are so many issues with the site with seemingly no interest in fixing them
