Shipping template not translating to listing
AnsweredI have set up all my auctions in My Products using the same shipping template, but some listings are not showing the shipping template and buyers are having to select "arrange shipping with seller". Why would they not be working on some of my listings but show on others?

Could be you have mistakenly missed the odd one Jennifer, or changed at some stage from an auction to a Buy Now only, but if you have double checked and confirmed all your products have the same shipping template, then it's a glitch.
One easy way to ensure they all match is to select all and bulk edit to specify the shipping template. If you wanted to verify if you have missed any first, select all and export, then open the CSV download and check they shipping column. A quick scan down the column will show you any that are out of whack, for whatever reason.

Are you viewing these through the Desktop site or the App - iOS / Android? - Are you able to view the Listings through both? - viewing on different platforms may point toward a posable glitch if you have double checked your templates as Gary-NZStocked has advised.
If you only have the Desktop device and require further assistance, if you provide one of the Listing numbers which shipping option points to 'Arrange shipping with the Seller' other Members can compare the viewed shipping options between the Desktop & the Apps in attempt to isolate where this is happening.
I am aware of another case reported atmo' though awaiting response from there - Cheers.
