Payment of 1cent from ping to my bank account when meant to be over $800.

There is a 4 digit code beside the 1c deposit Peter. You need to enter this in to your Ping verification page to confirm they have the correct bank acc for you. Once you confirm, the full amount will be paid in to your bank acc. This is a once off first time thing when you first setup Ping. Any queries, contact Trademe using the Contact us link at bottom of the page.

Hi i was only paid 1 cent too from Ping was this resolved and how was it resolved because I’m currently facing the same issue. Also have not received any kind of verification notification as well TIA

Shari, the 1c deposit always happens for the very first time. This is so Trademe can double check for security reasons that you have provided the correct bank account. Good news is that if you can see the 1c deposit in your bank acc, then you are all good. There will be a 4 digit code beside the deposit and you need to contact Trademe and give them this code when asked. Once this verification is done, the full payment will come through. Probably best way is via Live Chat.

I did not receive a transfer out verification page? So I’m unsure where I would need to put that code in ?

You are waiting for TM Trust and Safety team to Email you requesting that code - You Email the code to them in Reply Email so keep your eyes on your Emails there - Being the weekend you may not see anything until a week day However this is a one off verification, you will not have to do this for that chosen Bank account number again - Cheers.

Jay, not sure how you are viewing the 1c deposit, but you may need to click on more details beside the deposit to show the Particulars, Code, Reference fields that are there. The Code field should have a something like -ABCD- in it and this is the code you need to confirm to Trademe.

How long before you get the email asking for the code? I got my 1c yesterday. I would have assumed you would have received an email explainer at the same time, as I had no idea what was going on until I found this thread. And yes, I’ve checked spam and it’s not gone there.

Well that’s all confusing. I just got paid the rest of my money.

Same issue I have today. 1 cent transaction but no email. Tried to talk to their support staff and they have no record of my account being on hold or any transaction issues. Still waiting on the rest

The system is more streamlined for these first time Transfers, you may not receive an email at all, this is only if TradeMe email you to verify.

I don’t have an option to transfer account again. The buyer paid 2.8k and it only gave me one time to transfer out and the 1 cent showed up tonight but no payment from the sale and no email instructions.

If you selected automatic transfer the funds will follow the .1cent you've received within 1 - 2 days into your Bank account. - You may not get an email at all, the process has changed. - Cheers.
