Hi Sara. Short answer. You can't. Items disappear from your account after 45 days. It is now too late to leave feedback or claim your success fees back. It will have gone from all the watchers accounts so you can't send a Fixed Price Offer either.
Longer answer. If you can find your way to the old listing using the auction number (check your emails for the original item sold notification) or via expired listings search, the description at least will still be on the website. The photos will be gone.
Basically you need to start again, and take the lesson to not to leave it so long before you take action next time :)

When you list for a pick up item, have conditions like it must be picked up within 10-14 days, which can allow for 2 weekends for them to arrange a trailer if needed etc. if they work during the week,
send a reminder on day 7 making it clear it must be picked up by a certain date, If not picked up within that time frame after 14days, just cancel the trade, offer it too any watchers, or relist,
don't forget to blacklist original buyer so they cannot bid again,
If you do your listings in My Products, they will remain there forever, so you can relist months down the track with original photos etc.
and sold items remain for 12 months in solds, with buyers contact details etc.
But listing itself stays in My products as a template.
