My Products - Editing Shipping Charges
AnsweredI've decided to try and give MP another go because I want to bulk edit the shipping charges to reflect the NZ Post price increases that came into effect today so I don't have to edit them one by one. Also cannot edit the multiple quantity listings that I have already sold a percentage of so do I have to wait for them to close? I have tried re-importing all my current listings to MP but it says they are already imported even though they don't show there at all. Any advice appreciated please

So you have previously imported all your current listings to MP but they don't show in My Products? so you are trying to import them again?
Are you using My Products for any listings currently?
Do you have any products showing in My Products?
Can you import ok from sold or unsold items and have the imported items show in MP?
A bit hard to know what the problem is without knowing what steps you have tried so far and what has and hasn't worked, but if you have tried unsuccessfully to import multiple times you might need to get Trademe to reset your MP import settings so you can start from a clean system. You should do an export of anything that you currently have successful in MP before asking them to reset it for you, just in case. Always handy to have that export csv as a backup.

unfortunately shipping changes will only update when the auction has ended and relisted. A real pain in the proverbial having to go into each live auction to make a change if you want it to show right away.

Robyn, you can force your live listings to update to new shipping rates you have set up in templates by doing the step mentioned in step 18 Updating live listings in this guide below. I just updated a shipping template then used this procedure to update over 200 current listings in less than 30 seconds. There is no need to wait for them to close and relist, or do them individually.
