Payment mistake made - topped up Trade Me account in error

Not to worry, an easy mistake to make.
You can contact TradeMe via "Live Chat" for immediate assistance with this &/or leave them a message.
The "Live Chat" hours are weekdays are 8:am - 6:30pm and weekends 8:30am - 4:pm
Once you've selected the Contact us Chat Tab you need to give the landing page a count of 15+ seconds for the Chat Tab to Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your screen, there is a slight delay in this appearing. - Cheers

Joash, just for the future so you know, you never need to put money in your Ping account and in fact you can't. If you sell something, Trademe put money in your Ping account, that you can then either spend from your Ping account to buy things on here, or you transfer it to your bank account (withdraw it). When you buy things, you can pay some or all of the transaction from your Ping account if there is money there and the seller accepts Ping, and if there is not enough there, then the balance can be paid sort of as a Ping topup, but it's purely a transaction to fulfill a purchase. You never transfer money directly to your Ping account to just have it sit there.
